Japanese Green Tea
This high grade kukicha is made of sencha stalk with the addition of a small amount of sencha leaf. kukicha has a unique, slightly nutty, sweet aroma and has the lowest caffeine level of traditional green teas.
Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.
