Produced in Fujian, this tea is one of the most rare and expensive white teas due to its limited production. It results in a pale yellow liquor with a fresh sweet fragrance. A delicate and subtle treat for reflective moments.
Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 3-5 minutes. May be infused a number of times.
