Assam Black Estate Tea
A high quality Assam tea, produced using the CTC (cut, twist, curl) method of manufacture, that delivers a strong, deep coloured infusion. Takes milk and sugar well.
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk or sweetener as desired.
