Japanese Green Tea
Matcha is produced by grinding tea leaves into powder. Produced in Uji-shi Kyoto prefecture Japan, this matcha not only tastes delicious it is said to be high in antioxidants and vitamins.
Use 1 tsp per cup. Pour a few drops of freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the powder to turn the tea into a paste, add the remaining water and drink immediately.
