Japanese Green Tea
Combining the freshness of quality sencha and the richness of gyokuro. Kabuse tea bushes are shaded for a shorter time than gyokuro. The resulting infusion has a fresh, sweet flavour with a nutty aroma.
Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled spring water, cooled to 60-70C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.
