China Green Tea
A unique and well known style of green tea popularised in Japan. Sencha's deep green colour and distinctively fresh grassy flavour come from special steam processing during manufacture.
Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 60-70C, over the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes. May be infused up to four times.
