How do I proceed through the checkout process? Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “CheckOut” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process as either a Guest or using your Customer login.

How does your Newsletter and mailing list work? We will email our newsletter to every customer who subscribes to our Newsletter. We also send out news, information, and special offers via email so we encourage all of our customers to enrol their email address on our website.
When you visit our store, website, or call us, we will often ask to verify your customer information. We want to have the most updated address information for our customers so that we can send special offers on products that you will enjoy.

I lost my voucher, what should I do? 
If your gift card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, Taylor Road may replace it if you are able to provide us with the voucher number. The replacement voucher will be for the value of the gift card at the time Taylor Road receives your report of loss, theft, or unauthorised use. Please email us at info@taylorroad.co.nz  

How can I enquire about a product that is sold out? When you shop for an item which is currently out of stock, a notification will show asking you to fill in your email. By entering your email here, this allows us to notify you when the product comes back into stock.

What is your return policy?
