Shipping Terms: Products purchased for delivery within mainland New Zealand both North and South Islands if over a value of 100 dollars ($100) will be shipped free of charge. Products with a value of less than 100 dollars ($100) will have a freight charge of 10 dollars ($10) and will require that sum to be added to the transaction.
If you require your order to be shipped outside of New Zealand, please contact us and we can obtain a shipping quote for you.
Delivery Time Estimates:
North Island to be within 1 to 5 days excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
South Island to be within 2 to 5 days excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
The above are also subject to severe weather conditions,road/rail closures and industrial action.
Damaged Products: Taylor Road Homewares takes great care in applying protective packaging for the safe transit of your purchase. From time to time due to rough handling this may not be enough to prevent damage. Please follow the steps below carefully.
1. You will be asked to sign for the shipment you have ordered and if there is packaging damage please open and inspect before signing the couriers electronic receipt device. Only then sign as received damaged and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning +64 6 3551942 and passing on purchase details.
2. You will receive advice for the product and its packaging to be picked up and we will replace that item on receipt of the damaged item.
3. If the damage is not noticed until you have opened the packaging in a normal manner please follow the advice in item 1.
4. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Pick up: Orders placed using the "Pick Up from Palmerston North Store" shipping option, can be collected from Taylor Road at 723 Main Street, Palmerston North during the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday, and 10am - 4pm on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Orders placed using the "Pick Up from Ponsonby Store" shipping option, can be collected from Taylor Road at 81 Ponsonby Road, Grey Lynn during the hours of 10am - 6pm Monday – Friday, and 10am - 5pm on Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday and Public Holidays.
Post to Gift Registry Address: Orders placed using the "Post to Gift Registry Address" will be delivered to the Address specified in the Gift Registry the order is purchased for.
Procedure to change an unwanted purchase: All products are purchased by the buyer on the basis of the price and description shown on this site. It is therefore important that at the time of purchase you are happy with the product(s) chosen. If on receipt of those goods you wish to change your mind then email us immediately at email@example.com to get agreement on a right to exchange or refund. The product must not have been used and the original packaging must be undamaged. All return courier costs will be your responsibility and when checked by us on its return we will complete the transaction.
