Terms and Conditions

Products Available to Purchase: Taylor Road Homewares only publish product in stock each day and where a product goes out of stock there will be a notification posted on that item. If during that 24 hour period the demand outstrips our current inventory you will be notified by email if the product shipping date exceeds 5 working days and given information of when the item will become available and if you wish to leave your transaction on hold for that new delivery date. Otherwise we will cancel and refund the payment to your credit card. Where a product is available to ship within 5 working days the transaction will remain in the system. 

Out of Stock Purchase Requests: Where a product is clearly marked out of stock and you still wish to purchase when available please use the Enquire button on the product page to send an email request, which automatically includes the product name and number, and we will advise on stock status dates by return. Our forward inventory orders are subject to the in stock availability of our suppliers.

Pricing Policy: Prices shown in respect to each product are inclusive of GST and do not include freight costs. For information on freight costs including Terms and Conditions in relation to where freight is free refer to the Shipping section.

All prices are subject to change including special promotions without notice. Regardless, the price at the time of the transaction will be honored.

All transactions will be dispatched on conformation of payment.

Warranty Claims: Where a product is covered by a warranty guarantee certificate please sign this and attache this to your purchase receipt and keep as a record in a safe place. If for any reason during normal operation but excluding damage by dropping or abuse the product fails to function as explained in it's care and use instructions then Taylor Road Homewares will on your behalf handle the claim with the product supplier for a replacement to be sent.It is important that the receipt and warranty certificate accompany the failed product when you are requested to forward it to the supplier.

Layby (in store only) Terms and Conditions: A deposit to the value of 20% of the total purchase price is required to begin a lay-by.Lay-bys should not exceed an 8 week period, unless by prior arrangement. Failure to complete payments in the specified time makes the goods and the 20% deposit liable for forfeiture.A lay-by can be cancelled by the purchaser within the 8 week period however, the 20% deposit is payable as a cancellation fee. Lay-bys cannot be broken or transferred without the 20% deposit being paid as a cancellation fee.

Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the lay-by has been finalised and collected.

 

Privacy Policy 

This policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the seller by having all transactions conducted over a globally accepted credit card payment platform.

When making a purchase with your credit card you will be prompted to lodge your card details on the Paypal system which will hold those details to complete the financial transaction and at no time disclose those details to any other third party to guarantee your security. Both yourself and Taylor Road Homewares are notified when that transaction has gone through satisfactorily.
